Cleaning Supervisor Brighton
Location: Large site just outside Brighton (easily accessible by car, bus & train)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30pm – 2:15am
Pay Rate: £12.76 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management company for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a small team of cleaners at a large site near Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management who is looking to step into a stable role with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and motivating a small team of cleaners
- Ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met across the site
- Managing schedules and allocating tasks effectively
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting any requirements
- Supporting the team with hands-on cleaning when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning supervision or team leadership
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexibility to work evening/night shifts (5:30pm – 2:15am)
- Reliable transport or ability to commute via public transport
