Construction Supervisor

A family‑orientated business working across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, Suffolk and Lincolnshire. They pride themselves on a close‑knit culture, hands‑on leadership, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high‑quality work. With continued growth and an expanding portfolio, they are now seeking a Construction Supervisor to support and oversee our expanding programme of projects.

Our business is built around three core areas:

- Domestic heating installations

- DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) adaptation works

- Stand‑alone building projects ranging from £5,000 to £1,500,000

Your new role:

Your new role will involve supervising the delivery of DDA adaptation works across occupied homes, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. You will coordinate trades teams, organise daily activities, and act as the main point of contact for residents, clients, and colleagues. The position requires a calm, people‑focused approach, as you’ll regularly support vulnerable occupants and manage sensitive situations. You will carry out site inspections, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records to keep projects on track. This role is a key part of maintaining our reputation for quality, reliability, and strong customer service.

What you'll need to succeed:

- A solid background in a trade, with the confidence to step into a supervisory position

- Excellent communication and people skills, especially when working in occupied homes

- Strong organisational ability to manage multiple jobs, teams, and priorities

- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset to keep projects moving smoothly

- A commitment to quality and safe working practices across all sites

- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region

What you'll get in return:

- Car allowance or company van with fuel card
- Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00
- Company pension scheme
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
