Your new role
As a Production Supervisor, you will support the management team in achieving maximum production efficiency and product quality. You will allocate and supervise staff across production lines to meet order targets, ensure accurate completion of production records, and maintain compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards. You will also manage packaging and labelling processes, monitor stock rotation, and address any quality or process issues promptly. Leading by example, you will foster a culture of integrity and collaboration while ensuring audit readiness at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a Production Supervisor role within a food manufacturing environment, along with Level 2 Food Safety certification. Strong communication skills, excellent verbal and written English, and computer literacy are essential. Experience with systems such as AX, Auto Coding, and Sparc would be advantageous. A Health & Safety certification is desirable but not essential.
