A High School requires a Cleaning Supervisor in the West Belfast Area.Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the school facility. You will manage daily cleaning operations, support staff, and maintain excellent service delivery.
- Supervise and support cleaning staff
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed to standard
- Monitor quality and enforce health and safety compliance
- Manage stock, supplies, and uniforms
- Resolve day-to-day issues and maintain a positive work environment
- Key holding duties – secure site at end of shift
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous cleaning and supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and professional approach
- Knowledge of health & safety practices
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
- Enhanced Access NI required.
