• Repairs & Maintenance knowledge
• Experience working & dealing with Sub-contractors
• Experience and understanding of dealing with quotes for works

• Overseeing a housing stock of 1100
• Managing sub-contractors
• Operational management of void repairs
• Lead on resolving customer complaints
• Day to day staff management of direct reports across the managed services.
• To oversee and be responsible for the operational delivery of a high quality repairs and maintenance service across mixed tenure housing stock.
