Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations across the business.
Your new role
As Administration Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the day-to-day delivery of administrative services, manage a small team and ensure a consistently high level of support across the organisation. You will take ownership of workload allocation, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, governance processes, expense and invoice approvals, reporting, and policy compliance.
You will act as a key point of contact for senior executives, helping to prioritise business needs while maintaining operational efficiency and service quality. The role also includes monitoring administrative controls, identifying process improvements, supporting project delivery, producing management information reports, and deputising for the department head when required. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and responsibility within a professional corporate environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience leading or managing administrative staff, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, alongside experience supporting governance processes, vendor management, invoice approvals, and budget monitoring. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications is essential, as is the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and build effective working relationships at all levels. Experience within a regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll join a respected international organisation offering a varied and autonomous position with exposure to senior stakeholders and business-critical operations.
