£35,000–£45,000 + Bonus (Employee‑Owned)
We are partnered with an excellent consultancy looking for a Structural Engineer with around 5 years’ experience to join a growing Manchester team.
You’ll work across healthcare, residential, commercial and events projects, gaining real responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to run your own jobs.
What you’ll be doing
- Structural design across a variety of sectors
- Managing projects and building client relationships
- Working closely with architects/contractors
- Site visits + solving technical challenges
What we’re looking for
- ~5 years’ structural engineering experience
- Strong design skills (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)
- Confident communicator, keen to develop PM/client-facing skills
