With a diverse portfolio of specialist agencies, the group is evolving rapidly and now seeks a senior strategic leader to help shape its next chapter.

Your new role

In this role, you will:

Drive Corporate Strategy:
Develop and evolve the group’s strategic roadmap, using advanced analytics, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to anticipate shifts and identify opportunities.

Align Group Priorities:
Bring coherence to the organisation’s messaging and strategy by working closely with brand leads to ensure plans ladder up to group level ambition.

Champion Innovation & Growth:
Scout and shape new pathways for expansion from partnerships and emerging ventures to strategic acquisitions and opportunities.

Strengthen Risk & Sustainability Thinking:
Collaborate with central teams to ensure strategic initiatives are resilient, responsible, and aligned with long-term sustainable growth.

Build Strategic Capability:
Provide leadership and mentorship to strategy practitioners across the group, fostering a consistent, high-performing strategic culture.

Support M&A Strategy & Execution:
Partner with finance and the M&A team to define capital allocation priorities and oversee the full lifecycle of acquisition projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong background in corporate strategy, consulting, strategic planning, or group‑level transformation.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategic insight.

  • Experience influencing and collaborating with senior leaders across multiple functions.

  • Skilled at building strategic frameworks, communication plans, and compelling narratives.

  • Exposure to M&A activity.

  • A passion for innovation, problem‑solving, and shaping organisational change.

  • A confident, collaborative leadership style with a knack for bringing people together around shared goals.
