Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech & Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs? Hays Education is working in partnership with a wide network of SEN schools across the London area, and we are recruiting skilled SaLT professionals for both long-term and permanent roles.
About the Opportunities
We support a variety of specialist settings, including:
  • Autism-specific provisions
  • Complex needs and PMLD schools
  • SEMH and communication-focused environments
  • Mainstream schools with specialist resource bases
Roles are available across all London boroughs, offering full-time, part-time, and flexible start dates.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Speech & Language Therapist working through Hays Education, you will:
  • Deliver targeted communication interventions
  • Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams (OTs, EPs, SEN teachers, support staff)
  • Develop communication plans and therapy programmes
  • Support EHCP processes and assessments
  • Help pupils build confidence, independence, and essential life skills
What We’re Looking For
  • HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapists
  • Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and collaborative working skills
  • A commitment to pupil wellbeing and inclusive support
