Are you a French and Spanish Teacher looking for a new job from September? Hays Education are working with a secondary school in recruiting an MFL Teacher to join a secondary school located near Sunderland. This role is a temporary position, however for the right candidate, a permanent opportunity may be available.

Your new role

- Creating and delivering lesson plans that are tailored to the needs of each student
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback where necessary
- Encouraging students to actively participate in class and engage with the material
- Providing extra support to students who require it
- Preparing students for exams and assessments
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress and performance

What you'll need to succeed

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching French and Spanish to students of all ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

What you'll get in return

Location: Sunderland

Contract: Temporary with possible permanent opportunity

Salary: £150-£238 per day

Start Date: September
