An established and respected London-based design studio are seeking a mid-weight interior designer to join their team. The studio has an elegant portfolio of super-high-end residential properties dotted around London and internationally. They are seeking a passionate, ambitious and detail-driven interior designer who will bring bold ideas, refined aesthetics, and exceptional project management skills to their team. The studio has lots of flexibility and will look at candidates seeking permanent or freelance options, full and part-time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our design team, you’ll be involved in every stage of the creative journey—from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating on design concepts, FF&E, and space planning
- Creating stunning client presentations and design intent packages
- Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors and trades
- Researching and sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Managing supplier relationships and tracking samples, pricing, and lead times
- Assisting with budgeting, procurement, and project timelines
- Ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye, a strategic mind, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll need:
- 3+ years’ experience in a professional design studio
- A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop
- Strong skills in EstiMac, Microsoft Office, and FF&E procurement
- On-site experience and confidence liaising with architects, contractors, and suppliers
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to translate vision into reality
- A meticulous approach and ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure

The role can be offered on either a freelance or fixed-term basis, and the studio is happy to look at salary or daily rates, depending on your preference. Part-time work is also an option.
Day to day, the role is fully remote, although there will be occasional expectation to visit London for meetings.
