Location: Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge, or Chelmsford with 1 day a week in Ipswich
Please note that the successful candidate for this role will need to be comfortable travelling to Ipswich 2 to 3 days a week for the first month.

As the Cloud and Infrastructure Manager, you will support the Head of IT in managing and optimising the cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure. You will lead the Cloud and Infrastructure team to ensure systems are highly available, secure, scalable, robust, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud systems and IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement strategies to align IT infrastructure with business goals
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
- Monitor and optimise system performance
- Lead and develop a team of IT professionals
- Collaborate with other IT teams and manage vendor relationships
- Plan and manage the IT infrastructure budget
- 5+ years in a senior Infrastructure role managing a cloud environment (VMware virtualisation, Cisco Network, and Microsoft cloud services)
- Proficiency in MS Azure
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable commuting to Ipswich once a week
