Technical Architect M365/Azure - SC Cleared

What you'll need to succeed

We are supporting our client in recruiting an Interim Technical Architect to join an initial 6-month requirement. This is a hybrid opportunity at 40% on site, the client has locations UK wide.

The successful candidate will have experience in Technical Architecture roles across the public sector, specifically Central Government. Active SC Clearance is a core requirement for the role, in addition to the below skills/experience:

• Experience working across multiple programmes
• Skills in corporate enterprise technology:
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Azure
• OKTA
• Active Directory
• Power Platform
• IDAM
• End User Computing

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will:

• Lead the communication of complicated, complex or risky architecture topics with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Communicate with senior stakeholders across your organisation and adapt your message and communication techniques to your audience
• Advocate on behalf of a team to other stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations effectively
• Support the development of a strategy or vision that aligns with organisational objectives
• Challenge requirements and assumptions, and identify opportunities to develop strategy
• Support the implementation of a strategy or vision, for example, by using a roadmap or plan
• Use architectural principles, patterns, and constraints when appropriate
• Technical design throughout the life cycle and across multiple programmes

The role requires active SC Clearance.
