Summary
Join this global pharmaceutical organisation as they develop their shared service centre function, implementing SAP across a variety of business functions.
- Overseeing master data creation, maintenance, and governance.
- Conducting GAP analysis for data consistency and quality.
- Leading MDM process implementation and quality tools.
- Training end-users and managing projects from other affiliates.
- Ensuring data quality KPIs and SLAs are met.
Responsibilities
Master Data Governance
- Develop and enforce data governance policies.
- Define data quality rules and workflows.
- Implement data stewardship processes.
Master Data Management (MDM)
- Define and integrate master data processes.
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with IT for data integrity and compliance.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of data stewards and analysts.
- Foster a culture of data stewardship and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Run the Master Data Process council.
- Harmonise master data processes and ensure compliance.
Data Culture
- Identify Business Data Requestors and Local Data Owners.
- Provide coaching and training on data management.
Tools
- Implement and manage MDM processes and quality tools.
- Maintain global data quality rules and standards.
GMP / EHS Requirements
- Adhere to GMP requirements and report compliance concerns.
- Ensure health and safety training is up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Significant experience in MDM roles.
- Proven data management and project management skills.
- Expertise in SAP Master Data Management and Data Governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
