Professional Indemnity Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) sought after by leading defendant law firm

Your new company
Our client is a highly-regarded defendant law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Professional indemnity Solicitor with 0–3 years PQE to join their hugely successful team in Manchester. A minimum of a training seat in professional negligence is essential. Post-qualification experience of professional indemnity is beneficial.

Your new role
This Professional Indemnity Solicitor role will see you responsible for:
  • A range of defendant professional negligence claims brought against professionals such as solicitors, accountants, architects, engineers, and surveyors.
  • Working alongside a Partner in the team, assisting on higher-value, complex professional indemnity disputes.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and experts.
  • Attend court hearings and mediations.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with 0–3 years PQE. Ideally, candidates will have completed at least a training seat in Professional Indemnity or will have qualified experience in the field. Exceptional applicants with strong insurance experience may also be considered. You must have a legitimate interest in professional indemnity and should have a strong academic background (2:1 degree or above preferred).
