What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with 0–3 years PQE with previous experience in insurance litigation. Previous property damage experience is beneficial. Applicants must have strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

Your new role
This Property Damage solicitor role will see you:
- Manage a caseload of property damage claims, including fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence and impact damage
- Handle policy coverage and product liability matters
- Assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
- Provide clear, commercial legal advice to clients
- Maintain accurate case records and adhere to client SLAs
What you'll need to succeed
