Your new role

• Initially, to provide support to the two partners with their caseload with a view to progressing to managing your own varied caseload
• Take responsibility for managing your own time and work, including prioritising and being proactive where appropriate.
• Keep up to date with changes in the law
• Strong communication skills with team members
• Recognition and commitment to the importance of meeting time and financial targets
• Actively engage with marketing and business development activity
• Appropriate IT competency and ability to commensurate with the role
• Work and behave in a professional manner and to the highest standards of the profession.
• Comply with procedures set out in the office manual, professional standards and any requirement set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong understanding of family law matters with previous practical experience in a law firm. You will be a team player whilst able to take ownership and be accountable and responsible for your own work.
