Housing Litigation Lawyer 2+ (Contract Role) To £££
Due to an increase in instructions this premier City firm is looking to hire an experienced housing litigation lawyer to work initially on a 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent. Clients include Councils, Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords and you'll be involved in the full range of housing/property litigation matters including possession claims, anti-social behaviour, disrepair and dilapidations claims, tenancy fraud, breach of lease and business tenancy renewals.
