Our client is a full-service law firm based in Manchester with a strong reputation in the market. They are currently recruiting for a 5+ PQE Personal Injury solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of personal injury claims.
Your new role
This Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you:
- Handle a mixed caseload of claimant RTA, EL/PL, serious injury, and general PI claims, including litigated matters.
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
- Providing clear, empathetic, and commercially sound advice to clients at every stage
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence to a high standard
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, counsel, medical experts, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with SRA standards, CPR, and internal policies
- Contributing to the continued development of the department through mentoring, supervision, and business development activity
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in claimant personal injury law
- Proven experience managing your own caseload, including complex and litigated matters
- Strong client care skills with a compassionate, pragmatic approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative team player who upholds high professional standards
