A leading national personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its established litigation team. The firm is recognised for high‑quality claimant work, strong market rankings, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for injured clients. You will manage your own caseload of predominantly fast‑track pre‑ and post‑issue OL/PL claims, supported by a strong internal infrastructure, excellent training, and high‑calibre non‑CMC work sources.

Your new role

This Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you

• Manage a litigated OL/PL caseload independently from cradle to grave.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings and witness statements.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where required.
• Work within a target‑driven environment while maintaining quality and client care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Keep fully up to date with relevant legislation and procedural developments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with full litigation rights
• Proven track record of billing and handling a litigated caseload.
• Experience managing fast‑track OL/PL matters (portal and non‑portal).
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, litigation trends, and applying these effectively.
• Experience running files from initiation through applications, challenges, and trial/disposal hearing.
• Experience with Proclaim case management is advantageous.

What you'll get in return

This is a good opportunity for personal injury solicitors/CILEXs where you can expect a full caseload of OL/PL claims. There is the opportunity to get involved in higher-value work dependent on previous experience. A very competitive salary of up to £55,000 is available along with hybrid working.
