Associate Catastrophic Injury Solicitor
Your new company
Your new company is a specialist defendant practice with a strong reputation for handling high‑value and technically demanding injury claims. The Glasgow team is well‑established, highly collaborative and trusted by major insurers for its expertise in complex litigation. Due to an exciting period of growth, our client is now seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join the team and play a key role in supporting its expanding complex injury offering.
Your new role
In your new role, you’ll take on a varied caseload of complex and high‑value injury matters, working closely with senior colleagues on some of the most challenging files in the team. You’ll also manage your own portfolio of large loss claims, developing your technical expertise while providing clear, strategic advice to long‑standing insurer clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring 1–3 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury or complex multi‑track work, with the confidence to handle technically challenging files and contribute to high‑value cases. A sharp analytical approach, strong drafting skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with insurer clients will help you thrive in this role.
