Offer ideas to the Corporate and Banking & Finance business plans and showcase new business success from your business development efforts. Broaden your network of clients and referrers, aiding partners in targeting potential clients, intermediaries, and contacts to create a pipeline of new business opportunities. Support the management of Corporate and Banking & Finance sector groups and cross-functional projects and initiatives, taking on specific responsibilities and accountability.

Gain a thorough understanding of the Corporate and Banking & Finance sector group KPIs and performance, and recognise your personal contributions to these objectives. Stay updated on changes in the legal sector or your practice area, contributing ideas to the Corporate Business Unit and Banking & Finance sector group strategies, including product and service lines, and take charge of driving parts of those strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solicitor 6+ PQE.
• Previous experience within a Banking & Finance team.
• Experience of dealing with lenders and borrowers.
• Solid business plan for growth proposition within the Corporate Business Unit/Banking & Finance sector.
• Real estate finance exposure would be advantageous.
