NQ Litigation Solicitor – Leeds, Barnsley or Pontefract
******6 months experience of litigation is required (ideally contentious probate but not essential)******
I am seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 months’ litigation experience. Exposure to contentious probate is advantageous but not required.
You will join our Litigation Team as a fee-earner, managing a varied caseload and contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal services. The role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters independently and as part of a team.
- Progress cases promptly and keep clients informed.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards.
- Meet billing and time recording targets.
- Support junior staff and participate in training.
- Promote the firm’s services and uphold its values.
Candidate Requirements:
- Essential: Minimum 6 months’ litigation experience.
- Admitted to the Solicitors’ Roll.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal systems.
- Commitment to professional development and firm ethos.
