A software development company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their product development team!
THE ROLE
Looking for a Business Analyst to join my clients fast-paced, Agile team. You will be required to work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Software Developers and UX/UIDesigners to ensure the delivery of requirements resulting in high-impact value outcomes for their end users.
Looking for a Business Analyst to join my clients fast-paced, Agile team. You will be required to work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Software Developers and UX/UIDesigners to ensure the delivery of requirements resulting in high-impact value outcomes for their end users.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into user stories
- Ensure requirements translate effectively into intuitive user experiences
- Translate complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes
- Refine product backlogs, plan sprints and deliver roadmap objectives
- Lead requirements and discovery workshops, mapping business processes, workflows, and systems
- Evaluate product performance and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives
- Have some experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- A passion for leading product development and finding fixes and improvements for said products
