Your new company
We are currently looking for Level 3 and Level 4 Qualified Social Workers to join Wiltshire Council in their Ongoing Support Team. This team works with adults with long-term and complex needs, providing care and support to enable people to be as independent as possible. As a social worker in the team, you will be responsible for providing statutory support to adults with care and support needs and their carers/families, which includes information and advice, assessment, support planning, and safeguarding.

Your new role
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers hybrid work with 50% of your working hours being in office. The salary ranges from £42,003 - £47,703 per annum, inclusive of a 12.5% market supplement. The council do also offer a £7000 relocation package!

What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Care England.
- Full UK driving licence.
- At least 2 years' experience
