Your new company
We are currently looking for a Level 3 Qualified Social Worker to join Wiltshire Council in their Fostering and Kinship Team. As part of this team, you will be managing the reviewing process for all foster carers, supported lodging carers, short break care, and connected persons. As well as this, you will be participating in the fostering service duty system in order to manage placement requests and to match children requiring foster placement to suitable carers. The completion of Section 47 investigations, initial and core assessments, and interviewing service users and other relevant persons is needed to be carried out.

Your new role
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers hybrid work with 50% of your working hours being in office. The salary is £41,070 - £43,105 per annum, inclusive of a 10% market supplement. The council do also offer a £7000 relocation package!

What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Care England
- Full UK driving licence.
- At least 3 years' experience
