Practice Development Senior Social Worker to help lead the way.

Your new role

In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting, challenging, and inspiring frontline practitioners and managers to deliver outstanding care to children and families. You’ll champion evidence-informed practice, reflective supervision, and strengths-based approaches, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence across the service.

What you'll need to succeed

• A qualified social worker with significant frontline and supervisory experience in children’s social care.
• A deep understanding of best practice models and a commitment to reflective, strengths-based work.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
• A passion for professional development and service improvement.
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Social Work England Registration
