Site Supervisor - Permanent - Established Contractor - Midlands Sites - Strong Project Pipeline - Highway

Your new company

You will be joining an industry-leading contractor based in Derby operating in the highways industry. This multi-accredited and established organisation has a strong pipeline of work and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the industry and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Supervisor to join their team.

This is a full-time site-based position within the Midlands region.

Your new role

As Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and supervising all site activities
  • Ensuring all site operations are in accordance with programme specifications
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Recording the progress of the works
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to specified quality.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in civil works within the highways industry in a supervisory capacity
  • CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid
  • Sound organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence.
