Role: Groundworkers Gangers and Supervisors

Rate: £18 per hour (Umbrella Rate)

Location: Chaldford (GL6)

Type: Long Term Temp

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage groundworks teams on-site
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times
• Coordinate tasks and manage daily site activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in groundworks, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A hard-working attitude and a commitment to quality
