Site Supervisor – Temporary Contract
Your New Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of Sanivar lining works to degraded lead water pipes on a temporary contract basis. Initially for 2-3 months.
You will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. The role also involves maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, completing site documentation, supporting with toolbox talks, and ensuring all work is carried out to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day site operations
- Ensure Sanivar lining works are carried out safely and to required standards
- Liaise with operatives, subcontractors and project management
- Maintain on‑site records, permits and safety documentation
- Oversee adherence to RAMS and H&S procedures
- Support with quality checks and site audits
- Promote a safe working environment at all times
What You’ll Need to Succeed (Essential)
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within utilities / civils / water
- Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate work fronts
- Valid driving licence
- Right to work in the UK

- HBWJ Card
- Clean water experience
- Experience working with Sanivar or similar pipe rehabilitation technologies
