**Site Supervisor Required for Short-Term Residential Scheme**

Hays have been retained by a highly successful building contractor / developer to recruit a Site Supervisor to be based on a high-end residential project in the border counties of NI for an initial temporary period. The firm has been operating for over 20 years and through their ethos of delivering a personal and high-quality service to their end user, they have developed a reputation locally as being a market leader in their field. Due to an imminent project start, they are seeking an immediately available Site Supervisor to assist with the set-up and early stages of the project.
Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a new‑build private housing project, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. The role involves managing all on‑site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to keep activity running smoothly. You will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while continuously monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications. Close collaboration with project managers, architects, and clients will be essential to maintain clear and effective communication throughout the build. In addition, you will be expected to resolve on‑site issues quickly to protect project timelines and maintain accurate site records, providing regular updates on key milestones.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Site Supervisor for this role, you will have a proven career track record of delivering bespoke residential projects to the highest standard. It is preferable that you will come from a recognised trade background and have extensive knowledge of groundworks. A valid CSR/CSCS (Site Supervisor) or SMSTS and first aid certification is essential. As the project is due to commence imminently, you will be available for work from next week for a minimum of 1–2 months with opportunity for further works and permanent employment for the right individual.
