Freelance Site Supervisor Role - Outside IR35 - 3 Month + Contract
Your new company
You will be working as a Supervisor for a highways' contractor who operate across the Midlands for local authority framework and private developers. With this scheme, in particular, you will be looking after the kerbing, ducting, drainage and footpath aspects of the scheme directly liaising with the client.
Your new role
- Supervise labour, plant, transport and equipment on site for up to 3–5 gangs. Ensuring that operations are carried out in a safe manner
- Manage and ensure all types of groundwork to the required specification, standard and on time, as directed by Site Management.
- Carry out briefings to ensure teams are aware of the requirement risks.
- Having a full understanding of construction, on-site rules and regulations, works information including specifications and drawings.
- Supervisory won't fill most of the job duties therefore 30% - 40% of your duties will be on the tools.

- Experience within the Highways' industry as a Supervisor
