Site Manager job in London – commercial fit out contractor offering £55k–£65k plus package

Your new role
As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering commercial fit out projects from inception to completion. You’ll lead on-site activities, ensure health & safety standards are maintained, manage subcontractors, and ensure that quality, timeframes, and client expectations are met across all stages of construction. You'll be responsible for liaising closely with project managers, design teams and commercial departments to ensure seamless delivery on site. With projects ranging up to £10 million in value, the successful candidate will possess a steady, hands-on presence with strong communication and leadership skills.
What you'll need to succeed
Valid CSCS card
SMSTS certification
First Aid at Work qualification
NVQ Level 6 (Construction Site Management or equivalent)
Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial fit out projects in London
Demonstrated experience overseeing projects from start to finish
Stable employment history with reputable fit out contractors
Strong organisational and communication skills
Candidates with a loyal track record and the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure environments will be particularly valued.
