Site manager, Nottingham area, up to £65000 + Package, New Build & affordable housing

Our client is a well-established residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality new build and affordable housing projects across the region. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, overseeing traditional build and timber-frame housing developments. This opportunity is located within approximately 30 minutes of the Nottingham area.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a new-build affordable housing development, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, monitor programme performance, and maintain excellent health and safety practices throughout the build process. Experience with traditional build and/or timber-framed housing construction will be highly beneficial.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience managing residential housing developments and be confident leading teams on site. You will also hold the following qualifications:

- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (or equivalent)
