Overview
Hays are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civils delivery on a Water Treatment plant in the Preston area. Experience on previous Water projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day Civils activities: concrete, drainage, ducting, chambers, structural works
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to drawings, RAMS, and programme
- Lead site safety, quality checks, briefings, and inspections
- Maintain accurate site records, permits, and reporting
- Liaise with project management, design teams, and client representatives
- Identify risks, support short term planning, and maintain progress
Requirements
- Gold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Strong understanding of CDM, temporary works, and permit systems
- Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
