Site Engineer
Your new company:
A respected civil engineering contractor delivering a live scheme in Bangor, North Wales. The team is known for clear communication, strong QA standards and steady programme control. They now require part‑time freelance engineering support to keep the project moving smoothly.
Your new role:
You’ll provide setting out and QA support on a live civil package, working 2–3 days per week depending on programme needs. Duties include setting out for daily works, maintaining accurate QA records, supporting short‑term planning, and liaising with the site team to ensure works are delivered safely and to specification. This role is ideal for a freelancer who can integrate it into their current weekly workload.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong background as a Site Engineer on civil projects
- Confident with setting out, QA documentation and site coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Flexibility to commit to 2–3 days per week
- Immediate availability preferred
