Your new role

Working within a multidisciplinary team and reporting directly to the R&D Manager, you’ll contribute across the full product development lifecycle from concept to tooling release. Using your creativity and engineering insight, you'll design and refine products that meet evolving market demands.
Key duties include:

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree-level qualification in Product Design or similar
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial product design
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (or similar 3D CAD tools)
  • A solid understanding of plastic manufacturing processes

What you'll get in return

This is a permanent position offering:
  • Flexible hybrid working and core hours
  • 25 days holiday + 8 public holidays, with a leave purchase scheme

  • A collaborative and empowering work environment with development opportunities
