  • Assist with design coordination and the distribution of technical and construction documentation relevant to site works
  • Hold specific site‑based responsibilities as required, including permits to work
  • Support effective coordination between site disciplines and subcontract managers to ensure works are sequenced and delivered efficiently.
  • Assist with the completion and coordination of mandatory and regulatory inspections, including SHE, LOLER, PUWER and other compliance requirements
  • Support the development, monitoring and reporting of 5–6 week look‑ahead programmes, liaising with the supply chain and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements for directly resourced activities where required
  • Assist with the implementation and management of SHE management systems, including participation in audits and reviews
  • Plan and procure materials and plant to support site activities, ensuring efficient use and accurate stock control.
  • Produce accurate as‑constructed drawings, including red‑line mark‑ups, for issue to the design team
  • Promote continuous improvement, sharing best practice across the project team and the wider business
  • Attend coordination, progress and programme meetings as required
  • Monitor and help drive health, safety and environmental performance across site activities.
