Site Engineer - Co. Fermanagh / West of the Country - Commercial Projects
Your new company
Your new company is a long-established construction company based in Enniskillen working on a wide range of public and commercial projects across NI and ROI ranging from £5M – £45M in value. Due to new contract awards, the company are now seeking Site Engineers for major commercial projects.
Your new role
With the recent contract award of a major education scheme, your new company now require a Site Engineer based in the west of the country with flexibility to work in border towns.
You will be tasked with Undertaking surveying and setting-out, reviewing drawings and providing engineering support to the Contracts Manager and Site Management team including management of sub-contractors and adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will require:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role, ideally with a main contractor.
- Degree in a relevant subject.
- Strong knowledge of structural concrete/steel frame construction and external works management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and collaborate within teams.
- Possession of valid certifications, including CSR/SAFEPASS/CSCS.
