Your new company is a private, Northern Irish property developer that require a Site Engineer to join their intimate team of residential specialists. As a company still in its infancy, they have evolved over the last 8+ years into a modern, private and social property developer, specialising in new build developments, renovation and refurbishment across the full spectrum of the residential sector.

Due to company expansion coming from continuous growth within the market, the company has a requirement for a Site Engineer, responsible for all aspects of engineering on social housing schemes, to luxury private residential developments. You will be involved in initial projects across Belfast and North Down including a large-scale private development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer who is interested in progressing into site management with the company further down the line.

As a successful Site Engineer, you will have previous site engineering experience, ideally within the build sector, with sound knowledge of setting out. Previous residential experience is advantageous. To be considered successful for this role, you will hold a relevant CSR card or equivalent.

Due to works located across Belfast / North Down, you will ideally be within a commutable distance where possible.
