Your new role

As this Firm’s Client Manager, you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with a key focus on proactively supporting SMEs and OMBs. You will manage a significantly-sized portfolio, with a team of professional support staff to ensure you deliver a quality service. Focusing on accounts, tax and other general accountancy practice services along with project work.

Key Duties: -

• Manage your own client portfolio, as well as that of your team
• Working with your team to provide a high-quality, proactive service
• Building long-standing client relationships
• Developing and supporting the trainees within your team
• Reviewing trainee prepared accounts files, offering constructive feedback and mentorship
• Basic tax planning
• Monitoring your team’s workflow, communicating with your fellow team leaders, and sharing resources and knowledge where possible.
• Take on the coordination and delivery of a full service to each client

What you'll need to succeed

This Firm is looking for an experienced Client Manager with experience of professional practice who is ACA and ACCA qualified. The successful candidate will be a highly-organised and dedicated person who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service, with commercial acumen and who wants to be part of this Firm’s growth plans.
