B2B Sales Sector Manager - Sony
Are you a self-starter with a passion for building positive relationships, finding opportunities, and driving results? We’re looking for a dynamic B2B Sector Manager to join our growing team in the Photo Channel—a thriving and exciting part of our business.
Job Details:
Location: Primarily remote with UK-wide travel required
Contract: Temporary, 12 months with opportunities for extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay rate: £200 per day

This newly crafted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team. You'll play a pivotal role in growing our presence across key B2B sectors, forging partnerships, and delivering measurable growth. As a B2B Sector Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Head of B2B Sales in achieving company-wide KPIs and sales targets across monthly, half-yearly, and annual milestones.
- Driving sales within your assigned sectors by building and managing a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with Digital Imaging dealers, resellers, and key customers.
- Championing our brand—ensuring Sony remains the top choice within the B2B space.
- Collaborating with internal teams and partners to uncover new sales, tender, and event opportunities.
- Leading and participating in a variety of B2B initiatives, from in-person events to virtual webinars and training sessions.
- Monitoring trends, identifying gaps, and proposing strategic actions to maintain a competitive edge.
What Success Looks Like:
- Meet and exceed sales targets across your assigned B2B sectors.
- Deliver a strong return on investment from events, trainings, and sales activities.
- Build high-impact partnerships that drive advocacy and conversion.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting on market activity, pipeline progress, and event outcomes.
Your skills will bring:
- Proven experience in Photo Channel sales or sales support (crucial).
- Background in B2B sales or sales support (preferred).
- Strong product knowledge—especially around producer, consumer and professional imaging products—is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and find opportunities.
- A proactive attitude with credible organisational and journey-planning skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
