Your new role

As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of administrative tasks. Providing excellent servicing to internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality first point of contact service across a wide range of organisational functions
  • Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to internal procedures and service standards
  • Deliver accurate administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and record management
  • Manage reception duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff
  • Track and resolve customer feedback and complaints within agreed timelines, supporting continuous improvement
  • Utilise data and customer insight to enhance communications and service delivery
  • Encourage the use of digital channels to improve efficiency, engagement, and self-service uptake
  • Maintain and update electronic systems to support service functions and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contacts to support shared objectives

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Able to work collaboratively
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
