Front of House Administrator | Temporary | Part-time | Perth

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Front of House Administrator to be the first point of contact at our client's Perth office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting both staff and visitors, and contributing to the smooth running of a busy office.
Your new role
- Greet and assist visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with relevant information
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, directing queries to the appropriate teams
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document formatting, and meeting coordination
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers for orders and deliveries
- Assist with room bookings
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly, approachable manner with a commitment to excellent customer service
