Your new role

• Transactional Finance Oversight — Managing high‑volume purchase ledger and credit control activity.
• Team Leadership — Mentoring, developing, and supporting a busy transactional team.
• Invoice Processing — Ensuring accurate coding, posting, and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
• Sales Ledger Management — Overseeing invoicing activities and debtor reporting.
• Workflow & Systems — Using Quantiv and an internal ticketing system to manage queries, SLAs, and workflow.
• Financial Controls — Completing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting cash flow and payment processes.
• Process Improvement — Identifying efficiencies and enhancing transactional processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement — Acting as a key point of contact across the business.

What you'll need to succeed :

• Proven experience in a Transactional Finance Manager or Team Leader position
• Strong knowledge of Purchase Ledger and Credit Control
• Experience using Quantiv and workflow/ticketing systems
• Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
