IT Service Manager - Global Insurance Company
Currently seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for a 12+ month contract, inside IR35, at a rate of £530 per day for a global Insurance company. The successful candidate must have experience working in Lloyds of London or similar insurance companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and update of vendor key performance indicators and providing feedback to enhance vendor and supplier services.
- Creation of basic Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) with internal teams.
- Management of onboarding readiness for 28 affiliates, including trackers, risks, milestones, and readiness reports.
- Support for Network service managers regarding license inventory and usage, capacity, transfers, and optimization opportunities.
