Job Overview:
We are looking for a First Line Analyst (L2) to support the delivery of a 24/7 x 365 service. You will work in rotating Early, Mid, and Late shifts covering 07:00 – 19:00, providing technical support and service delivery to Computacenter's customers while ensuring adherence to agreed standards and procedures.

- Location: Hybrid working – 1–2 days in office with training face to face in office.
Milton Keynes 3 (Caldecotte, Buckinghamshire) - Daily Rate: £12.60 per hour (PAYE) OR £16.35 per hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company), in-scope IR35
- Contract Length: 24-Nov-2025 to 31-Mar-2026
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support to customers
• Investigate and resolve incidents promptly
• Fulfil service requests and assist with problem investigations
• Create and maintain support documentation
• Deliver technical coaching and guidance to colleagues
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service desk standards

Key Requirements:
• Active SC Clearance
• Experience in incident investigation and resolution
• Ability to fulfil requests and assist with problem investigations
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
