Your new role

This is a hands-on role, providing 1st line support in a busy environment. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, helping to manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Provide 1st line technical support across Windows, Citrix, M365
  • Manage and triage service requests via portal, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot common issues such as connectivity problems and password resets
  • Escalate complex issues while maintaining clear communication with users
  • Use remote tools and team screen sharing for investigation and resolution.
  • Work on-site full-time in a South Wales location
