This is your chance to work on Service Desk operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to projects that make a real impact. If you have experience with Microsoft technologies, Help Desk systems, and hardware/software support, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and maintain a wide range of ICT systems.
- Provide Service Desk support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Manage Help Desk Management Systems and IT asset inventory.
- Assist with installation, testing, and maintenance of hardware/software.
- Participate in IT projects, website and intranet development.
- Join the IT on-call rota to ensure continuity of service.
Essential Criteria
- Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in ICT + 1 year experience OR
- HND in ICT + 2 years experience OR
- 4 years relevant experience without formal qualification.
- Technical Skills
- Microsoft desktop applications & Windows Server 2003.
- Help Desk Management Systems.
- Intranet/Internet portal technologies.
- Other Requirements
- Full driving licence or access to transport.
- Ability to participate in IT on-call rota.
