Your new role

This is a rare chance to step into a Lawyer or Paralegal position where your expertise will directly support critical financial and legal operations. Working within a close-knit legal team that sits inside a wider risk and compliance function, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of activities that go beyond traditional legal work.

  • Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes.

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Managing legal knowledge bases and precedent libraries.

This is a hands-on role where your input will be valued and visible, offering exposure to both legal and operational aspects of financial governance.

  • Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.

  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.

  • Eligibility for security clearance is advantageous.

What you'll get in return

  • A 6-month interim contract with potential for extension.

  • A hybrid working model, combining office-based collaboration with remote flexibility.

  • The chance to work on high-profile financial operations in a structured, professional environment.

  • Exposure to a wide range of legal and regulatory activities that will enrich your experience and broaden your skill set.

  • A supportive team culture that values initiative, precision, and teamwork.
