About your role:
I am currently recruiting for temporary part and full-time Residential Support Workers for elderly residential homes within Birmingham. Ideal candidates will possess an NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care and should have previous experience within the care sector, ideally within residential care. Further on the job support and training will be offered to all Support Workers including induction, mandatory training, restraint reduction training and further career development. You must be flexible with working hours and available to work shifts on a rota basis including sleep-ins, weekends and bank holidays.

Key Skills Required:
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Experienced Support Workers who are passionate about people and caring for individuals
- Positive, passionate, dedicated and willing
- Excellent communications and the ability to build positive relationships with service users
- Empathetic and understanding
- Willingness to enhance skills with professional training and development
- Highly motivated, adaptable and able to work under their own initiative
