Structural Engineer, Structural Design Engineer, Donegal

Your New Role:
We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join the consultancy’s dynamic team in Donegal. Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and delivering structural solutions for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects
  • Preparing calculations, drawings, and technical reports
  • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Conducting structural inspections and assessments
  • Supporting junior engineers and contributing to team development

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Chartered status or working towards chartership (Engineers Ireland or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in structural design
  • Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD)
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and Eurocodes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
