Site Manager Needed October Start - Weekdays & Weekends

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housing Site Manager to oversee our new residential development project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Housing Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing on-site staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan and manage daily site operations, ensuring the project meets deadlines and budgetary requirements.

- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site staff, maintaining a high standard of work.

- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

- Ensure all work complies with building regulations and health and safety standards.

- Manage on-site health and safety, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.

- Resolve any issues or delays on-site, finding solutions to keep the project on track.

- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, progress reports, and health and safety documentation.
