Permanent residential site manager roles in Norfolk

Your new company

Your new role

  • Oversee and manage all on-site activities for residential construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
