• Manage groundwork and civil packages through to final account.

• Provide commercial support throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior QS in a main contracting environment.
• Strong knowledge of groundwork and residential housing projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Proficient in cost reporting and valuation techniques.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to start a 6-month contract with a reputable main contractor immediately. There will be an opportunity to work flexibly based on your requirements and, if required, there is a potential to work outside IR35. Get in touch asap!
